1. Who is responsible for your personal data

Christopher Göthberg, who runs Sonika Studio (Bondegatan 6, 116 23 Stockholm, Sweden), is the controller of the personal data described in this policy. You can reach us at record@sonika.studio or +46 70 585 22 98.

2. What data we collect and why

Contact form and email. When you send a message through the form on sonika.studio, we receive your name, email address and message. We use them to reply to your enquiry and to discuss a possible project. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in answering you, or steps taken at your request before entering into a contract. We keep enquiries for up to 24 months after our last contact with you, unless we work together, in which case we keep the information we need for the project and for bookkeeping obligations. The same applies if you email or call us directly.

Visitor statistics and advertising. We use the Google tag (for measurement and Google Ads), which is active when you visit the site, and, if you accept marketing cookies in the cookie banner, the Meta Pixel from Meta Platforms. They collect information about how you use the site, such as pages visited, device, approximate location, and whether you arrived from one of our ads. We use this to understand how the site is used and to measure and improve our advertising. The legal basis for the Google tag is our legitimate interest in measuring and improving our site and advertising. For the Meta Pixel it is your consent, which you can withdraw at any time.

Technical data. Our web host and security services process your IP address and browser information when the site is loaded, to deliver the site and protect it against abuse. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in keeping the site secure and working.

3. Cookies

We use a cookie banner (Complianz) to ask for your consent. Necessary cookies are always active. The Meta Pixel and other marketing cookies are used only if you accept them. The Google tag is active without a choice. You can change or withdraw your choice at any time through the cookie settings on the site, and you can delete cookies in your browser.

4. Embedded content and third parties

The site includes a Google Maps map and a Spotify playlist. The map and the Spotify playlist are loaded when you open the page, so Google and Spotify receive your IP address and may set their own cookies, as if you had visited their sites. See Google’s and Spotify’s own privacy policies. Our other service providers include our web host (GoDaddy), our email providers (Microsoft and Google), Google and Meta (as described above). They process data on our behalf or under their own terms. We do not sell your personal data.

5. Transfers outside the EU/EEA

Some of the providers above, for example Google, Meta and Microsoft, may process data in countries outside the EU/EEA, including the United States. Where this happens, the transfer relies on the EU–US Data Privacy Framework or on the EU Commission’s standard contractual clauses.

6. Your rights

You have the right to request access to the personal data we hold about you, to have it corrected or erased, to restrict or object to our processing, and to receive your data in a portable format. Where processing is based on consent, you can withdraw it at any time. Contact us at record@sonika.studio. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Swedish Authority for Privacy Protection (IMY, imy.se).

Den rättsliga grunden är vårt berättigade intresse av att svara dig, eller åtgärder som du begärt innan ett avtal ingås. Vi sparar förfrågningar i upp till 24 månader efter vår senaste kontakt. Om vi börjar samarbeta sparar vi de uppgifter som behövs för projektet och för bokföringen. Detsamma gäller om du mejlar eller ringer oss direkt.

Besöksstatistik och annonsering. Vi använder Googles tagg (för mätning och Google Ads), som är aktiv när du besöker sajten, och, om du godkänner marknadsföringscookies i cookiebannern, Meta Pixel från Meta Platforms. De samlar in information om hur du använder sajten, till exempel vilka sidor du besöker, enhet, ungefärlig plats och om du kom från en av våra annonser. Vi använder det för att förstå hur sajten används och för att mäta och förbättra vår annonsering. Den rättsliga grunden för Googles tagg är vårt berättigade intresse av att mäta och förbättra sajten och annonseringen. För Meta Pixel är den ditt samtycke, som du när som helst kan ta tillbaka.

Tekniska uppgifter. Vårt webbhotell och våra säkerhetstjänster behandlar din IP-adress och information om din webbläsare när sajten laddas, för att leverera sajten och skydda den mot missbruk. Den rättsliga grunden är vårt berättigade intresse av att sajten är säker och fungerar.

4. Inbäddat innehåll och andra parter

Sajten innehåller en karta från Google Maps och en spellista från Spotify. Kartan och Spotify-spellistan laddas när du öppnar sidan, så Google och Spotify får din IP-adress och kan sätta egna cookies, som om du besökt deras sajter. Läs Googles och Spotifys egna integritetspolicyer. Våra övriga leverantörer är vårt webbhotell (GoDaddy), våra e-postleverantörer (Microsoft och Google) samt Google och Meta enligt ovan. De behandlar uppgifter för vår räkning eller enligt egna villkor. Vi säljer inte dina personuppgifter.

5. Överföring utanför EU/EES

Vissa av leverantörerna ovan, till exempel Google, Meta och Microsoft, kan behandla uppgifter i länder utanför EU/EES, bland annat USA. När det sker bygger överföringen på EU–US Data Privacy Framework eller på EU-kommissionens standardavtalsklausuler.

6. Dina rättigheter

Du har rätt att begära tillgång till de personuppgifter vi har om dig, att få dem rättade eller raderade, att begränsa eller invända mot vår behandling och att få ut dina uppgifter i ett portabelt format. När behandlingen bygger på samtycke kan du ta tillbaka det när som helst. Kontakta oss på record@sonika.studio. Du har också rätt att lämna klagomål till Integritetsskyddsmyndigheten (IMY, imy.se).
